A certified life coach, teachers’ trainer, and the founder of The Alchemist Lab in Jordan.

She is a Vital Voices Fellow, WE Empower & DVF international awardee. She studied Industrial Engineering at University of Jordan and MBA at University of Leicester. 

She studied Leadership in Said business School (Oxford University) through Women transforming leadership program. 

She also studied AI in business in W.P. Carey School of business in Arizona University.

She currently serves as a board member for International leadership association in USA.

She is a leadership & grit coach and an educational consultant.

In 2006, she established Ideas for fun; a company offering science to young generations through fun, hands on experiments & Drama.

In 2012, she established The Alchemist Lab with a mission to empower a generation of problem solver globally. By offering creative STEM workshops, camps, training programs and school discoveries trips, the company, to date, has reached more than 40 K children & educators. 

The company launched different creative social initiative like “Go Girls”, a program that aims to close the gender gap in STEM careers. Additionally in 2019, The Alchemist Lab creative space was launched at the biggest Syrian refugees’ camp in Jordan. 

In 2020, The company has launched The Alchemist Lab online academy offering blended learning STEM programs for children & educators beyond Jordan & The Middle East.

She also launched, in 2013, a 10 minutes radio segment called “Everything is possible” which addressed life challenges & skills.
